A full moon sauna is the perfect setting if you’re seeking soothing heat, salty sea air, and good company to relax and unwind.

This is a mix of 20 mins guided sauna with whisking from the sauna master, with the rest of the time self-directed to sauna as you please.

Our aim of these sessions are to give you a moment to pause. These evenings are an invitation to reconnect with nature, and with yourself.

Whether you come solo or with friends, gift yourself an evening to step away from the everyday and into something more intentional.

Included in your session:

A guided sauna round with sauna master - Gentle whisking (15-20mins).

Tarot cards for quiet reflection if that’s your style.
Lemon water for refreshment + summer fruits
Herbal infusion for the sauna stones

Roll out your mat where the cliffs meet the sea!

Join Natasha Natasha Hope / Hope Studio for Yogalates. A beautiful fusion of yoga and Pilates out in the fresh Cornish air, with sweeping views over the ocean. This session will follow with a 55min sauna session afterwards.

You can choose Yogalates + Sauna or simply Yogalates.

August is flying by, but we still have some lovely events for you over the next few weeks.

Led by Natasha, yoga and Pilates teacher and owner of Natasha Hope / Hope Studio, we shall be offering Yogalates, a fusion of yoga and Pilates, over the next few weeks. These sessions are outdoors, held on the beautiful Mear Down, with clifftop views over the ocean.

Don’t forget Full Moon Sauna with a short guided section of whisking with myself, a trained sauna master 🌗🌙🌒, on Thursday 27th August.

I will be hosting a shorter mini sauna ritual, available to those who would like to dip their toe into sauna beyond a standard session and experience some traditional Pirtis and whisking. Thursday 20th August.

Celebrate, reconnect or simply slow down with friends.

I’m very excited to introduce Private Sauna Ceremonies for groups of up to 8 people.

Inspired by Lithuanian Pirtis and sauna traditions. This one hour guided experience weaves together gentle steam, traditional whisking (Vihta), salt scrubs and aromatics, using the breath and music to create a beautiful sauna journey.

These ceremonies are designed to support your nervous system through mindful use of heat, steam and botanicals creating intentional moments of rest.

It is not about endurance or pushing your limits, it’s about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself and leaving feeling more grounded.

This is a gentle sauna experience with traditions at its heart but with music and modern twists!

£40 pp | 5 - 8 per group
You can ‘Add on’ this experience during booking.

Sweating in a sauna has always gone hand in hand with skin rituals & cleansing, across cultures for centuries. The warmth loosens pores and lifts circulation, so the skin is far more receptive than it is cold and dry.

That’s the reason behind our Dead Sea salt scrubs, pink and green clays, organic algae face masks and raw honey. Salt and clay lift out impurities. Algae remineralises. Honey hydrates and heals. Nothing here is new, it’s old rituals, done properly, with the heat doing half the work.

We are trialling this coming Thursday 30th July, a full afternoon and evening of individual seat sessions for you to book. We are open 1-8pm.

✨ Summer Yoga & Sauna is back! 🌿☀️

Join us for a relaxing evening on the beautiful Mear Downs, with breathtaking cliff-top views over the Atlantic.

We’ll begin with a gentle yoga session surrounded by breathtaking cliff-top views, before making our way to Crooklets beach to unwind in our wood-fired sauna, followed by refreshing sea dips (for those who fancy it!).

Dates 30th July | 3rd August | 10th August
Time 5.00pm – 7.00pm
Cost £35 per person

Yoga sessions will be lead by Natasha our fantastic qualified yoga & Pilates teacher from .clovelly

🧘 Please bring your own yoga mat. If you’re visiting Cornwall on holiday and don’t have one, just send us a DM.
