It’s been a busy summer, the kids are finally back at school any day, and life is settling into its usual rhythm again. 🌻
And honestly… we don’t need a special reason to say yes to a bit of self‑care. If your body and mind are asking for a pause, that’s reason enough.

I’m really happy to bring Sound for Wellness - Shanti Sound Baths back after a little break.
Join me for a one‑hour journey into calm, Friday 9th October, 6–7pm, at Crossroads Methodist Church, Bugle.
Expect a gentle, grounding session to help you unwind and reconnect. 🧘‍♀️

Investment: £10 (concessions available).

If you’d like to come along, please get in touch to book your space — I’d love to have you there.
To make your sound bath as cosy and comfortable as possible, feel free to bring an intention, a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, or anything that helps you stay warm and settled during the session.
If you need to borrow any of these, just let me know — I’m always happy to help. 🫶
