What if the hardest part of healing isn’t what happened to you, but convincing yourself that you deserve to heal from it?

Trauma changes the way we see ourselves, others, and the world around us.
It can leave invisible wounds that affect our relationships, confidence, emotions, and sense of safety long after the event has passed.

But healing isn't about pretending the pain never existed.
It's about reclaiming the parts of yourself that trauma tried to take away.
It's learning that your past may explain your struggles, but it does not define your future.

Some days healing looks like breakthroughs. Other days it looks like simply getting out of bed, setting a boundary, asking for help, or choosing not to give up.

As this Sunday evening unfolds, I choose to release all stress, worry, and heaviness from the past week. I honor every lesson, every blessing, and every challenge that has helped me grow.

I welcome peace into my mind, balance into my body, and harmony into my spirit. I forgive myself for what I could not control and celebrate the progress I have made, no matter how small.

I am grounded, grateful, and deeply connected to the present moment. My heart is open to abundance, love, wisdom, and divine guidance. I trust that everything is unfolding in perfect timing for my highest good.

Trauma doesn't always look like what people expect.
Sometimes it shows up as overthinking every decision, struggling to trust others, feeling exhausted by simple tasks, or constantly preparing for the worst.

Trauma isn't just about what happened to you, it's also about what happened inside you as a result.

Healing is not a straight line.
There will be days when you feel empowered and days when old wounds feel fresh again.

That doesn't mean you're moving backward.
It means you're human.

Recovery isn't measured by perfection; it's measured by your willingness to keep showing up for yourself, even when it's difficult.
