We feel that a thorough and very detailed bio-mechanical assessment in addition to utilising the video gait analysis of your movement allows us to get to the root cause of the problem. Our aim is to fix the problem as quickly as possible and not just treat the symptoms. Treatments at Physio Form include Manual Therapy, Soft tissue mobilisation/Myofascial Release, Electrotherapy, Sports Massage, Acupuncture, Kinesiology Taping, Video Biomechanical Assessments, McKenzie for neck and lower back pain, Education, Advice and Exercise and Rehab programmes and Fitback and bumps ante natal and post natal programmes. Common conditions include

Knee, Ankle/Foot injuries
Hip/Pelvis strains and pains
Chronic pain conditions
Lower limb Biomechanical alignment related injuries

With 20 years of experience as a physiotherapist, Laura is the driving force behind Physio Form here in Burton on Trent. Specialising in MSK and sports physiotherapy, she's spent two decades building a deep well of clinical knowledge — the kind that only comes from years of hands-on practice and a genuine commitment to getting it right for every client.
Laura isn't just an expert from the clinic side, either. As a competitive runner herself, she brings first-hand understanding to every runner and athlete who walks through the door — she knows what it feels like to push your body, get injured, and fight your way back to full strength.
What really sets Laura apart is her dedication to her clients. She's built Physio Form from the ground up on trust, results, and genuine care — and that strong foundation is what keeps people coming back and referring their friends and family.

Back in the hands of my physio 💪

Anyone who knows me knows that my body takes a bit of a beating from time to time. Thankfully, Laura at Physio Form always manages to put me back together and keep me moving towards my dreams and goals.

Welcome to our new friendly physio, Sarah Blair who has recently joined our expanding team. Sarah has over 20 years of experience in both the NHS and private sector treating musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. We are very lucky to have another amazing physio to join our team.

We are delighted to Welcome back Nicola after her maternity leave. Nicola had a beautiful baby boy who is now one year old.

Nicola is a very experienced Physio who has extensive experience in musculoskeletal outpatients and is also specialised in neurology and falls management. Nicola has additional interest and experience in golf and hockey.

Nicola will be working on Thursdays mornings and will be offering community visits also to your home.
