Friday 5th June (tomorrow) for all my wonderful attendees.

19:00–20:15

Please don’t arrive earlier than 18:55, and please don’t arrive late too 😂 sorry this sounds very specific!

The event is at Canon Lewis Hall, Longsight Road, Holcombe Brook, Ramsbottom, Bury, BL8 4DB (which is 30 seconds away from the Tennis Club).

Please arrive at 18:55, and we will begin this wonderful journey of relaxation, release and unwind.

You will need the following:
💛 A yoga mat (I’ll bring a few spares)
💛 Duvet or warm blanket
💛 A pillow
💛 Water
💛 Wear comfortable clothes

This 75-minute experience will leave you feeling completely de-stressed, deeply relaxed, mentally lighter, emotionally reset, and gently uncoiled from the stresses of everyday life. Expect to leave with an emptied mind, a softened body, and a sense of calm that stays with you long after the evening ends. ✨
