What is a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath?

For anyone who’s already been to one of my sound baths, my Reiki-infused sound bath is an even deeper form of relaxation. 💖

A sound bath meditation, where beautiful Reiki is gently woven into the session, alongside crystal sound bowl frequencies to blissfully calm your mind. 🥰

Ideal for a YOU time pamper & a nervous system reset!

My aim is to help you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible, bringing you back to the present moment, helping you reconnect with your own inner strength and light that is always there.

Whether you could do with some time just for you, or are experiencing worries, overwhelm, anxiety, stress or grief, this can also gently support you to reset and guide you back to yourself-supporting you to move forward with greater ease and confidence. 💖

I’m running a group session this evening and have a couple of spaces left. I also offer 1-1 sessions and private group experiences.

Feeling very grateful after a lovely day of Reiki sessions. 💖

Okay, anyway..
So who’s coming to my 1st proper Sound Bath on Friday 19th June 7pm at Mathern Village Hall?

When I say 1st, I’ve done a fair few now in the Seventh Light Wellness cabin!

But this one is more grown up as it’s in a proper big Hall! ⬇️
