Have you heard about our new class at Ekam?
A dynamic Vinyasa Flow class that links breath with movement to build strength, flexibility and balance.

When: Every Wednesday
Time: 10am
Venue: Ekam Yoga & Wellness Studio

Expect to start slow, we will then build some heat with a creative flow and finish with restorative poses leaving you feeling energised and grounded. All abilities welcome.
