Something I’ve really noticed lately, both in yoga and in coaching sessions, is how much women are carrying.
Work, family, expectations, responsibilities… and often very little time for themselves in the middle of it all.
And yet when we slow down, even slightly, things can start to shift.
Not everything needs fixing.
Sometimes it’s just about creating enough space to breathe again, so you can hear yourself think.
That’s what I love about both yoga and coaching — they both create that pause
