From a few hours a day to 24/7 personal care, our services include:
Companionship - Safety supervision, transportation & light housekeeping. Physical Assistance - Support with mobility, dressing, shopping, laundry and other daily tasks. Hygiene - Bathing, grooming and other personal care services. Well-being - Medication reminders, meal planning & preparation, social interaction and mental stimulation.

September 10 is World Su***de Prevention Day, a chance for organisations and communities around the world to come together to raise awareness and campaign for better su***de prevention.

This World Su***de Prevention Day, Samaritans is sharing this important message:
