A calm, supportive space to practise Reiki, build confidence, and reconnect with your skills.

This is a gently guided Reiki share for those who want more than just a practice session. Whether you’re newly attuned, returning after a break, or just wanting a more grounded space to practise, you’ll be supported to work at your own pace in a steady, grounded environment.

We begin with a short settling practice to help you feel present and at ease, before moving into giving and receiving Reiki in small groups. There’s space to observe, practise, ask questions, or simply receive.

This is not about getting it “right” or performing. It’s about feeling safe enough to trust what you already know. It is a guided practice space rather than a teaching session.
