Thanks to the generosity of everyone who supports our Trees of Life event each year, we have been able to purchase HOPE Boxes for mothers and babies experiencing separation at birth.
These thoughtfully designed boxes provide comfort, connection, and support during a challenging time for families. Created with women who have lived experience, each HOPE Box contains meaningful items including blankets, a soft elephant toy, SD cards for precious memories, forget-me-not seeds, candles, support information, and heartfelt messages from other mothers who understand the journey.
One box is given to the mother and one to the baby when they are apart, helping to maintain their bond through shared rituals, scents, treasured photographs, and messages of hope. Every item has been carefully chosen to offer comfort and create lasting connections between mother and child.
