Something I noticed this week: 80% of clients who’ve come to me over the past two months have already rebooked their next session.

This is what matters most. For me it’s not about how many people come for a massage. But how many come back because they felt genuinely better than when they walked in and got the massage they wanted.

If you’re dealing with a specific bodily ache or just need consistent time to rest and reset, I will always tailor each session to what you need that day.

Did you know that each of your legs are about the same surface area as your whole back?

They put in so much work carrying us around each and every day but they’re not usually the first place you think of when getting a non-sports massage.

Personally, I find leg massages the most relaxing and impactful massage and want to spread the word of just how amazing they can be!

Plus if you’re active or run a lot then maintaining your leg muscles will help prevent injuries and reduce aches.

So next time you think about booking in some self care, just take a moment to really notice how your legs and feet feel. If they feel tense, sluggish or heavy, then book that massage 🧡
