Back home after a visit to the Lake District on a lovely yoga retreat. What a lovely experience with amazing people 😍

Of course life likes to throw a little spanner out there 🥴

I've had some tech issues recently and lost all my bookings and event bookings lists. I've managed to sort out all private one to one bookings but I'm unable to recover my event ones.

A weekend of just being held, nothing required from me nothing to plan or worry about. Just being and connecting back into my body ✨🙏💗

It's hard to do self care and not feel guilty, anyone else find that ?

I really struggle to switch off and fill my own cup. 7 days a week I hold space in some way for someone. And I love it but I don't balance that well with looking after myself.

Thank you for not only being such a wonderful friend but also for hosting such a special retreat 🫂💗🌞

The hammock sound baths are really lush, floating in the air listening to the sounds and probably falling asleep 🥰. The hammocks take a wide range of weight and heights and if you've met me you know my limitations and I can easily get in and out plus we are there to help ❣️
