We use powerful meditations to let go of anything that no longer serves us and reboot our energy, ready for the weeks ahead.

I’m Lauren and I’m thrilled to be the new owner of The Luna Shala studio in Ilkeston.

This place has been my home for my business for the last 3 years so to now be holding the keys feels very special! I specialise in Pre and Postnatal Yoga as well as offering sensory classes for little ones

My aim is with The Luna Shala is simple - continue to build this beautiful space, working together with experienced and genuine practitioners to create authentic community-centred classes for all.

As a small community business owner myself I know how much a good space means and I am passionate about supporting others to bring their energy to Ilkeston.
