Pleased to announce we have a lovely new instructor joining us at Matcha and I can't wait for you all to meet her!

Final changes are being made to the timetable this evening so those booked on any classes with 'Katie' please note you will receive an email when I change this over to 'Emily S' or 'Jen'. Your session time and date remains the same I just have to transfer it over so the relevant instructor has the correct class list.

Forever grateful for your patience and really appreciate all the messages of support. You guys are the best🫶🏻

*Please note the Thursday classes will appear as ‘Mat Pilates’ on the booking system not ‘Prenatal’. These are classes suitable for everyone but exercises will be adapted (for prenatal clients) by our clinical instructor Emily.

Unfortunately we've had to wave goodbye to our lovely Niamh for a while whilst she heads home 🍀

As a result, i'm working my hardest to find cover for the classes with existing bookings. Most bookings will remain the same, however there will be a few classes where the time will move slightly to accommodate instructors working around their usual 9-5 jobs.

I am working on these changes to bookings this evening.
From tomorrow, please check your existing bookings to confirm your class start time. As I mentioned, most will stay the same, but it's best to check the times just to be safe!

🌿 MATCHA MINI IS BACK! 🌿

Looking for something fun, active and mindful for the summer holidays? 💚

Our Matcha Mini Summer Holiday Workshops are back, packed with movement, games, partner yoga, mindfulness and plenty of fun! 🤸‍♀️✨

These sessions are the perfect way for little ones to build confidence, make new friends and stay active over the holidays in a welcoming and supportive environment.

• 3rd August 9-12pm
• 4th August 9-12pm
• 13th August 12-3pm
• 14th August 9-12pm

👧 Ages: 6–13 years

Batchouse is the designated ‘drop off zone’ for the Sparkle Walk on Saturday.

Please check sparkle walk info for parking guidance.

If you are participating in the event, whether you have booked as part of ‘Team Matcha’ or not, you are still welcome to join us from 8pm at the studio for refreshments and to get ‘sparkled up’.

If you will be joining us before the event please click attending via the booking system so we have an idea on numbers.

This Saturday our 'Team Matcha' will be completing the Sparkle Walk for Ashgate Hospice 🩷.
