It’s officially been 2 weeks since I had to throw away my old ice tub, and … I am really starting to miss the freeze. 🥶

I’ve been trying to improvise with cold showers and even filling up the backyard paddling pool, but let’s be honest—it’s just not getting the water cold enough.

I didn’t realise quite how vital that sub 10°C plunge was to my daily routine. For me, the real secret sauce is the ultimate trio: Daily Breathwork + Yoga + Cold Water. Without that final piece, the morning routine just hits different (and not in the good way).

👇 I NEED YOUR HELP! 👇

Plungers: What are the best ice tub brands on the market right now? I’m looking for something reliable, and ideally, I want to pair it with a water chiller so I can get it perfectly ice-cold without buying 20 bags of ice a day. Drop your recommendations below!

Brands: If you’re a cold plunge brand with a killer setup (tub + chiller), my DMs are wide open. Let’s collaborate!

Help me get back to the cold! 🧊👇

I want to be honest about something before I share the numbers.

I didn't do anything dramatic. I didn't overhaul my diet, join a gym or follow an intensive programme. I built one simple anchor into every morning — breathwork, yoga and cold water — and I didn't stop.

That's it.

The science backs this up. Research consistently shows that daily breathwork practice reduces cortisol, improves heart rate variability and builds genuine nervous system resilience over time. Not occasionally. Not intensively for three weeks and then stopping. Daily. Consistently. Over months and years.

The research on habit formation is equally clear — it takes an average of 66 days for a new behaviour to become automatic. Not 21 days as most people believe. The people who build lasting practices aren't more motivated than everyone else. They're more consistent.

Here's what four years of consistent daily practice has done to my body:

↓ Stress score: 52 → 19
↓ Resting heart rate: mid 60s → mid 40s
↑ VO2 Max: 42 → 45ml/kg/min
↑ Fitness age: nearly 57 → 21
↓ Cold water heart rate: 120 → 47 bpm in 3 minutes
✓ 10 years of chronic pain: dissolved in 4 weeks

The path in this video is the same path I walk every morning — before my breathwork, before my cold water, before my day begins.

Not because I'm disciplined.

Because I'm consistent. And consistency, it turns out, is the only thing that actually works.

I've created a FREE Essential Breathing Guide — five evidence-based techniques, the science behind each one and a simple daily practice schedule you can begin today.
