🍕 Chichester Physio Summer Garden Party! ☀️
A lovely afternoon getting the team together away from the clinic for our summer garden party — with plenty of sunshine, good company and homemade pizzas straight from the wood-fired oven!
We’re very lucky to have such a great team at Chichester Physio, and it was nice to swap physio, rehab and treatment rooms for pizza making for the afternoon. 😊
A big thank you to everyone who came along — and to our rather impressive team of pizza chefs!

What an incredible experience. 🌒✨

My timelapse composite of the 2026 solar eclipse, captured above Halnaker Windmill in West Sussex, just a few miles from home.

Over roughly two hours I photographed the different phases of the eclipse as the Sun moved across the sky, then combined them into this final image in post processing.

And just to be clear, no generative AI was used anywhere in this photograph. Every element was captured with my camera on the day.

Definitely one of those photography moments I’ll remember for a very long time. ❤️📷

Men’s Stretch Class in Bosham – Two Spaces Available. FREE trial Session.
Our long-running Men’s Stretch Class has been going for over 10 years and we now have space for two more men aged 50+ to join the group.
This is a friendly weekly class for men who want to stay mobile, loosen up and keep moving well — especially if you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, driving, gardening, playing golf, walking the dog, or simply feel a bit stiffer than you used to.
The class is run by our experienced Pilates Instructor and focuses on gentle stretching, mobility and flexibility in a relaxed, supportive setting.
When: Tuesday evenings, 5.45pm
Duration: 1 hour
