A prominent YogGuru of modern times, Sri Prashant S. Iyengar Ji, son of Guruji BKS Iyengar, is one of the most revered yoga and yoga philosophy teachers worldwide. Currently, he serves as the director of the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) alongside Abhijata, Guruji's granddaughter.

Wishing Prashant Iyengar Ji a very blessed birthday. May he continue to illuminate the world with the traditional essence of yoga, inspiring millions of practitioners. Humble pranams to the great YogGuru.

🌿 Iyengar yoga workshop with Lydia Holmes & Edgar Stringer🌿

Edgar and Lydia are both Level 3 Senior Teachers from Wiltshire. We all really enjoyed their weekend in March 2025 and we are thrilled that they are returning to Essex again this year.

We would love you to join us for an informative and challenging weekend of yoga. The weekend is open to all general and intermediate level practitioners. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Class times:
Saturday: 11:00–14:00 & 15:00–16:30
Sunday: 09:00–12:00 & 13:00–14:30
(There will be an hour break for lunch; light snacks and drinks will be provided.) 🍎☕
