At Springfield Care Home, Coppull, we’re looking for dedicated and caring individuals to join our friendly and supportive team.
We are seeking candidates who have:
💚 Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant role
💚 A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
💚 Strong leadership and communication skills
💚 A caring, patient and professional approach
💚 NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
