The IT support session tomorrow at GL3 Hub is cancelled

SESSION CANCELLATION ⚠️

Please note that tomorrow's Churchdown Digital Support session (Thursday, 25th June, 10am–12pm) has been cancelled due to the high temperatures. ☀️🌡️

We will be back as usual next week on Thursday, 2nd July!

🚧 Warning of another road closure in our area from Friday 🚗

Innsworth Lane . Carriageway resurfacing. Works happening 26thJune -7th July 2026. A road closure will be in place 09:30 to 15:30(excl. weekends) https://orlo.uk/F1QAy

🚧 Following our post regarding the road closure due to start tomorrow near the surgery entrance, the resurfacing has been postponed due to the hot weather.

UPDATE - Parton Road . Carriageway resurfacing. Due to the latest HSE warning of extreme temperatures, this scheme has now been POSTPONED. New dates will be confirmed at a later time.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We thank you for your patience.

🥵 Please stay hydrated in the increasing hot temperatures. ☀️

💦 Remember to bring a drinks bottle with you when visiting the surgery, our staff are more than happy to fill these up if needed. Just ask at reception.

🩸 If you attending for a blood test, please make sure you have drank enough fluid before leaving home - this makes the blood test easier and quicker for both our nurses and the patient.

⚠️ Anyone can become unwell when the weather is hot, but some are at higher risk than others

👍 Look out for older people, people with long-term health conditions and young
children who may find it more difficult to stay cool and hydrated in hot weather. Check in on older friends, family and neighbours, particularly those who live alone,
who may struggle to keep themselves cool and hydrated during the hot weather
