PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSSISTANT (21 HOURS)
We're looking for a compassionate and well-organised Admin Assistant to join our dedicated team at our office at Towerson Street, Cleator. This part-time role is ideal for someone who can support families with dignity, professionalism and genuine care.
🌳Key Responsibilities:
🌿 Be a calm, respectful first point of contact for families by phone, email and in person.
🌿 Maintain accurate records, prepare documents, manage diaries and support daily office operations.
🌿 Assist with scheduling, liaising with third parties, and ensuring arrangements run smoothly.
🌿 Keep the office organised and running efficiently.
🌳 We're looking for someone who is:
🌿 Naturally empathetic with excellent communication skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Confident using general office systems and social media platforms. Possesses refined written communication skills, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all correspondence. The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. Experience in admin or customer service would be desirable but not essential.
