It’s not just the awesome equipment or the friends I’ve made along the way…

It’s a place where I can coach, train, focus, work, learn, and keep building the person I want to become.

Some places drain your energy. This one gives it back.

One of the biggest mistakes people make when trying to lose weight is thinking they have to give up dessert.

This is proof that you can still enjoy something sweet while working towards your goals. 🍨

My current favourite:

• Frozen pineapple chunks blended in the Ninja Creami
• A splash of sugar-free raspberry syrup on the re-spin
• Served with Hartley’s 10 Cal Jelly

One of my favourite things as a mum is watching my children discover a genuine love for a sport.

For Zachary, it’s running and for Aria, it’s gymnastics. 🏃🏻🤸🏼

I love seeing them doing something they enjoy, building confidence, learning new skills, and challenging themselves along the way.

I also love it when they come to mummy’s work and find fun ways to get stronger. 💪

Exercise doesn’t have to feel like exercise when it’s made fun!!

Creating positive experiences with movement from a young age is one of the greatest gifts we can give our kids.
