Fancy giving your body and mind a proper reset this Sunday? ✨

This Sunday 31st May, I will be joining Lucy and the Wellness Collective practitioners at the community clinic in Kelvedon, alongside and a range of effective holistic treatments designed to help you unwind, recharge and feel your best.

I’ll be offering 25-minute Sports Massage treatments focused on areas that commonly hold stress and tension — including the back, neck, shoulders and neck release.

I will also be introducing Cupping treatment, Heated Stimulation therapy and Rockblades to encourage recovery at an optional request.

Each session is tailored to how you’re feeling on the day, whether you’re carrying physical tension, feeling mentally drained, overwhelmed, achy or simply in need of some time to reset.

Sports massage can help to:
✨ Relieve muscle tension and stiffness
✨ Ease headaches and neck/shoulder discomfort
✨ Improve circulation and mobility
✨ Support stress relief and nervous system regulation
✨ Leave you feeling lighter, calmer and more clear-headed for the week ahead

Treatments will be relaxed and adapted to your comfort and preferences. The room has a very casual, welcoming atmosphere — a lovely space to sit with a warm drink and pastry, connect with others and explore different holistic therapies at your own pace.

Children are absolutely welcome too. Other treatments available include Reflexology, Romi Romi Bodywork, Massage and more.
