PLEASE HELP US PROTECT YOUR APPOINTMENT

Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we have had to introduce a few changes to our booking policy.

💚 £20 DEPOSIT

A £20 deposit is now required to secure all appointments.

📅 PLEASE RECORD YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please make sure you write your appointment date and time in your own diary/calendar.

Fresha reminders are there to help, but please do not rely on them as your only reminder.

📱 CHECK YOUR FRESHA REMINDERS

Please check your Fresha confirmation and reminders carefully.

If the date or time is different from what you have recorded, please contact us as soon as possible so we can check your appointment.

⏰ 48 HOURS' NOTICE

We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or change to your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, will incur the full treatment charge.

Any outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment can be booked, together with the £20 deposit for your next appointment.

🌿 WHY HAVE WE HAD TO DO THIS?

We are a small business and every appointment is valuable.

When an appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice, we are often unable to offer that time to another client. This has a real impact on our therapists and our business.

We genuinely regret having to introduce this policy, but we need to be fair to our team and protect our business.
