When making funeral arrangements, please make sure you find out what services you are actually going to receive. The article below demonstrates the mis-information we have discussed many times from the large corporate companies; that people buying a 'Funeral Plan' from TV adverts are in fact only paying for a Direct Cremation.

A Direct Cremation means that family and friends don't attend a service at the crematorium and although it's completely the right choice for some, we find that for others, they can feel regret or sadness for not having attended a traditional funeral together with loved ones, to say a final goodbye.

For all Direct Cremations and Simple and Traditional funerals, choose a local funeral director who will treat your loved one with care and dignity and keep your loved one local.

The Advertising Standards Authority has ruled against online direct cremation firm Pure Cremation.
