World Breastfeeding Week 💙
This week we're celebrating World Breastfeeding Week and recognising the many benefits that breastfeeding can bring to both babies and parents.
Breastfeeding provides babies with the nutrients they need to grow and develop, while also helping to protect against infections. It can also support a parent's health and wellbeing. Every family's feeding journey is different, and whether you breastfeed for a few days, a few months, or not at all, the most important thing is that you and your baby are supported.
If you're pregnant or have recently had a baby and would like advice or support with feeding, please speak to your midwife, health visitor, or a member of our team. There is help available, and you don't have to navigate your feeding journey alone.
