An Audience with Aly is back for September! 💛

August has been a little too hot for all of us, so we gave our usual sessions a short summer break, but we’re ready to get going again.

I’ll be hosting a Zoom session at around 7:00pm or 7:30pm, revisiting some of the topics we’ve previously covered at An Audience with Aly. First up, collagen.
