Sometimes life just gets a little bit much. It feels like one thing after another, that there's no break no let up and it can start to get us down.
It is in these moments that we could do with a helping hand the most, our energy gets out of balance and we start to feel completely out of kilter.

Even after all these years of working with clients and working with energy, it still never ceases to amaze me how much information comes through in a session...whether this be energetically, emotionally or through out of balance Reflexology points.
Life can be so overwhelming and sometimes we just need to know that there is more to life than what we can see with our physical eyes. Every experience and relationship is stored in the physical body and energy system, and often we are carrying around past traumas and hurts with us without even realising it 💚
We need a safe space to release these feelings and emotions and have them acknowledged, in order to clear them from the physical and energetic body🙏
