🚨 Course Update for Upcoming First Aid Training 🚨

To further improve CPR quality and help learners maintain the correct compression rate, we’ll be introducing a new requirement on all Dundee First Aid Training courses from this month.

On arrival, all participants will be asked to demonstrate their understanding of the correct CPR rhythm (100–120 bpm) by singing either “Stayin’ Alive” or “Nellie the Elephant” out loud during the icebreaker.

This will form part of our initial assessment to ensure everyone can confidently keep the correct pace before practical scenarios begin.

Don’t worry if you’re a bit rusty—we’ll have a microphone ready and the group will be fully supportive 👀

If that’s made you nervous, it might be worth checking the date first 😄

Huge congratulations to our very own Dawson Stewart! 🥇

Dawson absolutely smashed it at the Arnold Sports event in Birmingham, bringing home not one but TWO gold medals in kickboxing and boxing – an incredible achievement!

As if that wasn’t enough, he also got the chance to meet the legend himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger, grabbing a selfie and even a signed poster to top it all off.

Well done, Dawson – what an unforgettable experience and a memory to last a lifetime! 👏
