🩸 World Blood Donor Day 🩸

Today we celebrate and thank all those who give the gift of life through blood donation. ❤️

Every donation can help save up to three lives—supporting patients undergoing surgery, cancer treatment, and emergency care.

💬 Giving blood is a simple act that makes an incredible difference. If you’re able to donate, please consider booking an appointment.

🙌 To all blood donors—thank you for your kindness, generosity, and for helping to save lives every day.

💙 Men’s Health Week 2026 💙
Men’s Health Week takes place from 15th – 21st June 2026, shining a spotlight on the health and wellbeing of men everywhere.
This important week is a reminder of the vital role men play—as fathers, sons, partners, and friends—and encourages men to look after their health, not just for themselves, but for the people who care about them most.

🩺 Taking small steps can make a big difference:
✔️ Attend regular check-ups
✔️ Talk openly about physical and mental health
✔️ Stay active and eat well
✔️ Reach out for support when needed

💬 Looking after your health is one of the most important things you can do—for you and for those around you.
