💙 Diabetes Week 2026 | 8–14 June 💙

This Diabetes Week, let’s change how we talk about diabetes.

🌍 8 out of 10 people living with diabetes say they’ve faced negative attitudes—judgement, blame, or harmful stereotypes. This is known as diabetes stigma, and it can have a real impact on people’s wellbeing.

❗ Nobody chooses diabetes.
❗ It is not anyone’s fault.

That’s why this year’s focus is to ‘Strike Out Stigma’—raising awareness, challenging misconceptions, and encouraging more understanding and compassion.

💬 By changing the way we talk about diabetes, we can help create a world where diabetes does no harm.

Let’s stand together to support everyone living with diabetes.

Our receptionists are the first point of contact for our patients—providing reassurance, compassion, and support every single day. Their professionalism, empathy, and dedication play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
