✨ A Little Reminder About Appointments ✨
To all my wonderful clients... thank you.
I’m so grateful for the trust you place in me and for allowing me to be part of your wellbeing journey. Your continued support means the world to my small business.
With that in mind, I’d just like to gently remind everyone of my cancellation policy, which also applies to gift voucher appointments.
✨ If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t attend your appointment, the full treatment cost (100%) will be payable.
As I have limited appointment availability, late cancellations often mean I can’t offer that appointment to another client who may be waiting. This policy helps me protect the time I’ve reserved especially for you while allowing me to continue offering the best possible care to everyone.
