“I have just been to visit Pam and what a difference your team have made!

Pam is very excited about the prospect of a fit for purpose wheelchair and was telling me how nice you all were and how much she appreciates it. I haven’t seen her like this for ages. She also told me that you had suggested a better over the bed table, as the one she has doesn’t fit over her knees.

I wasn’t aware that Pam could actually try out wheelchairs before she buys. That would be great.

This is Roy. He has Parkinson’s disease and he used to be a boxer in the Navy.
