Has Christmas come early to Murrayside? A huge thank you to Addepar for spreading some cheer and gifting each of our residents a very special personal gift! ❤️

The gifts were incredibly generous and, most importantly, chosen with our residents in mind! 🥰

Coffee morning in the sunshine today ☀️

We had a busy and exciting day yesterday here at Murrayside ✨

We enjoyed a fantastic pop-up clothing shop, giving everyone the chance to browse, try on and choose some lovely new fashionable pieces. 👗🛍️ It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying a little retail therapy!

Then, in the evening, we settled in for a cosy movie night, watching the classic Dirty Dancing 🎬💃, complete with freshly popped popcorn and delicious hotdogs! 🌭🍿

A huge thank you to Addepar for kindly donating the popcorn and hotdogs and helping us make the evening extra special❤️

We are absolutely delighted to share that Murrayside has received its second-year certificate for the Veteran Friendly Accreditation, remaining the 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 to hold this accreditation. 🇬🇧💙

We were incredibly proud to be praised for submitting a report of an exceptionally high standard, recognising the dedication, passion and commitment our team has shown to the programme.

With an increasing number of Veteran Champions within our home, we are all working towards a shared goal: providing the very best support, care and recognition for our veteran residents.

This achievement is a wonderful reflection of our team’s hard work and dedication, and we couldn’t be prouder. 🌟
