KnotStressed provides great therapies and workshops in the centre of Edinburgh. KnotStressed Therapies are based in Edinburgh City Centre.

Whether you are looking to relax and unwind, want relief from specific aches or pains, or simply need some feel good therapy, we can help. We have four areas we feel especially passionate about:

*Helping to relieve tension, stress and ongoing chronic issues
*Supporting women and their families through fertility issues, pregnancy, birth, the postnatal period and the menopause
*Supporting athletes and amateur sports people to achieve their potential
*Empowering people to take ownership of their well-being

We offer Post Graduate Massage Training Courses in Pregnancy, Postnatal and Injury Prevention through Hands Free Massage. As well, as Instructors Training Programmes for Relax & Breathe Birthing and Relax & Sing Baby Massage & Yoga.

Here's a peek behind the scenes setting up for our lovely mellow Baby Massage classes. If you'd like to join us on the next block, we have spaces available. We had a great time at the Edinburgh Running Network LP run! We offered well-deserved post-run massages to the runners to help tired legs recover faster, and to raise money for The Junction. Thanks to our lovely team for giving their time and energy, and to ERN for having us!

Bookings are now open for the October block of Pregnancy Yoga with Kristina.

Our Pregnancy Yoga sessions will help you connect with your baby through gentle stretching, movement, breathing and visualisations to build strength, improve flexibility, bolster confidence and bring peace of mind.
