Thank you to everyone who supported Saturday’s Inverness City Market. We greatly appreciate your continued support. A reminder that we will not be hosting the market in July, but we look forward to returning in August.INverness IN the City Markets & Elgin IN the Town Markets

This Saturday, we welcome the Highland Wellbeing Fair in Inverness. Due to a couple of cancellations overnight, we currently have a small number of spaces available. This Sunday sees the return of the monthly Lossiemouth Car Boot Sale at the High School and Community Centre car park. No booking is required—simply arrive from 7:15am if you wish to sell. Buyers are welcome from 9:00am. Hot drinks, filled rolls and a selection of cakes will be available throughout the morning. Lossie Carboot Sales

✨ The Power of Discernment ✨

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is that not everything deserves my energy.

Life will always bring challenges, misunderstandings, criticism, and setbacks. We can choose to react with anger and frustration, or we can choose discernment.

Discernment is knowing what deserves your energy and having the wisdom to let the rest go.

Instead of focusing on negativity, focus on your goals. Focus on the people who love and support you. Trust your instincts, trust your faith, and keep moving forward.

Sometimes those who hurt us need healing more than they need our anger. Forgiveness isn’t about them—it’s about protecting your own peace.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or searching for clarity in your life, remember that you don’t have to face everything alone. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness.

📖✨ BOOK LAUNCH WEEK IS COMING! ✨📖

I’m delighted to announce that my new book, A Happy Medium – Awakening Through Life’s Challenges, will be available worldwide on all major platforms from 10th June.

If you’d like to meet me in person, browse the book, ask questions, or pick up a signed copy, I’ll be exhibiting at the Highland Wellness Event at Inverness Leisure Centre on Saturday 13th June from 10am to 2pm.

This has been a long road, and I’m grateful to everyone who has supported, encouraged, and believed in me along the way.

Hopefully I’ll see some familiar faces in Inverness and Elgin over the coming weeks, with more events to follow.
