We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will support our residents to live fulfilling, independent lives and access activities in the community that matter to them.
About the Role
• As a Support Worker, you will:
• Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs
• Encourage and assist residents to participate in community activities and social events
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice
• Offer practical and emotional support in daily living tasks
• Work collaboratively as part of a caring and professional team
• Be a driver (preferable)
About You
• You may already have experience in care, or perhaps you have supported a loved one and feel inspired to take that next step into a professional role. Most importantly, you are:
• Naturally caring and patient
• A good listener with strong communication skills
• Positive, dependable, and respectful
• Passionate about helping others live their best lives
• Relevant qualifications are welcomed but not essential — we value your attitude and commitment just as much as experience. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
