All staff and residents (and family members who join us) all strongly encouraged to dress ‘country’ for the day đŸ€ đŸŽ

Today is ‘Star Wars Day’!!
This gave us our theme for today’s ’Unscrambled words’

Using ‘USS Enterprise’ for our first round we found 109 words, even finding a 10 letter word from this which is our record longest word we have ever found đŸ˜±

Mondays ‘Meet the team’

Sam our kitchen assistant

Sam is 47 and has 3 children, 2 boys and a girl.
She is also a grandparent to 2 beautiful granddaughters.
She has 2 dogs which she enjoys

Our unscrambled words game this week used ‘Start of school’ as the theme.
We managed to find a whopping 154 words.
So many people had a go, families came and sat with us, staff passing by would also come to join in, it really was such a fun afternoon together.
And for those of you who have worked in care, you will appreciate the joy we had of finding ‘Stool chart’ could be made up from these unscrambled letters 😂
