Whilst I'm self employed my work is often founded on the trust of the the funeral directors and arrangers who bring me in to work with their clients. It was Mitchells Funeral Services who first gave me my start, and I'm proud to still work with them today. 🕊️ Our First Visit to East Lothian Crematorium 🕊️

Today, Mitchells Funeral Services had the privilege of conducting our first service at the newly opened East Lothian Crematorium & Memorial Gardens.

From the moment we arrived every aspect of the crematorium has been thoughtfully designed to provide families with a peaceful, modern and welcoming environment. The beautiful surroundings, contemporary chapel and advanced technology create a setting where every farewell can be made deeply personal while maintaining the dignity and respect every family deserves. East Lothian Crematorium is the first in Scotland to offer immersive funeral services with dynamic visual, lighting and sound technology, allowing families to personalise a service in unique ways.

It was an honour to accompany the family we were caring for today and to experience this beautiful venue for the first time.

We would like to thank Gemma and the team at
East Lothian Crematorium & Memorial Gardens
for their warm welcome, professionalism and support throughout the day. We look forward to working alongside them again in the future as we continue to provide families with compassionate, dignified and personalised funeral services across Scotland.
