Dr Ivy Ngu is a Consultant Dermatologist at Ross Hall Clinic Braehead.

Dr Ivy Ngu has extensive experience in both general and specialist dermatology. She provides expert diagnosis and management of a wide range of skin conditions affecting adolescents and adults, including acne, eczema, inflammatory skin disease and skin cancer assessment.

Dr Ngu is committed to providing thoughtful, individualised care with clear diagnoses, evidence-based treatments and personalised management plans tailored to each patient’s needs. She believes in taking time to understand each patient’s concerns and working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Dr Ngu’s clinical interests include:

• General dermatology, including eczema, psoriasis, urticaria and inflammatory skin rashes
• Complex acne, including isotretinoin therapy

Patient Liaison Officer (PLO) vacancy!

We are looking for a Patient Liaison Officer (PLO) to come and join the Sales and Marketing Team at Ross Hall Hospital, becoming a crucial part of a really exciting and fast-paced department.

This is a full-time role, and those applying should be proficient in both numeracy and English (both verbal and written), as well as being proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and have excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills.

The key duty of the PLO role is to liaise with patients, consultants, and other internal departments to ensure a smooth patient journey between consultation and procedure.
