Hybrid treatments

Here at Smart Recovery we understand that everyones needs are different.

You may be someone who suffers with fluid retention in your legs.. But also suffers with lower back pain...

This can make it hard to pick a treatment option.

More and more i find myself tailoring treatments for my repeat clients for their spefific needs such as this.. For example breaking an 1 hr and 15 into part lymphatic drainage part sports massage..

Personally..

ABSOLUTELY

Speaking for myself.. I love it when clients confirm where the hot spot areas are.. What feels tight.. Restricted.. What feels good.

I want to know when pressure is too intense and when you can deal with a little more.

This is what makes a 5 star treatment.
