Hey, call me crazy…but maybe, JUST MAYBE there are coaches out there who are saying the right things and now suddenly talking about food relationships and body image because they know it’s the profitable thing to do in today’s market

(They’re the same coaches who were selling 12 week photoshoot transformations 3 years ago)

Just to clarify - this message I’m trying to convey here is not a ‘body positivity’ / health at all sizes message that you shouldn’t aim to improve your physical health markers

What I am trying to get across to you is that you need understand that a smaller waistline does not make you a better or more worthy person

If you want to work with a coach who has been there and done it himself, who coaches you around both the physical and the mental - comment the word RESET
