After a little summer pause, I’m looking forward to returning to my sound and gong baths this autumn.
There’s something very special about creating these journeys. I can bring the gongs, bowls and instruments, carefully compose the experience and hold the space, but without people there to listen, there is no soundbath.
I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has joined me over the years, trusting me to create these spaces for you. You are the centre of what makes them special.
If you’ve been wondering what a sound or gong bath is like but haven’t taken the plunge yet, you are always very welcome to come and join us.
