Having just watched the international and local news, I can say it's incredibly distressing, and it's heartbreaking to think about what the families must have gone and going through right now. We here at Emotions wholeheartedly agree with the distressed families who are calling on the funeral industry to be regulated. Any funeral directors that are worth their salt, will not have a problem with that. The actions of Robert Bush of Legacy Independent Funeral Directors are beyond belief; the failure to cremate bodies and providing wrong ashes are truly disgraceful, and there are no words to compound how deeply disturbing this is. We want to assure the families we have served in the past, and those who will use our services in the future, that we are completely committed to providing compassionate, dignified, and dedicated care, always doing the absolute best for those who have lost a loved one.
