Try these simple strategies:
✅Box Breathing: Breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 4, breathe out for 4, hold for 4, then repeat for 1-2 minutes.
✅ The One-Minute Pause: Step away from your desk, place both feet on the floor, and take 5 slow, deep breaths while focusing only on your breathing.
