One solitary poppy standing tall and proud, such a strong symbol of remembrance of a loved one. A lovely friend (that would have become my mother in law had she still been here with us, )absolutely adored poppies. This appeared this year for the first time, tall, strong and proud. It was her birthday in June and this year it’s almost like she is reminding us she is still here with us. It’s right outside our dining room window just creeping up above the window sill so we can see it every morning, miss you Joan x x
