📅 June in Numbers

6,908 appointments were booked this month.
168 were not attended (DNA) — that’s 53 hours of practitioner time lost that could have been used to help other patients.

Every missed appointment affects not just our clinicians, but the whole community. It means longer waits, fewer available slots, and less time for those who need care most.

If you can’t attend, please cancel as soon as possible — it allows us to reallocate your slot to another patient who needs it.
✅ Through the NHS App
✅ On our practice website under ‘Cancel an appointment’
✅ Or by calling reception

Thank you for helping us make sure every appointment counts 💙

Act FAST:
• Face – drooping on one side
• Arm – can’t lift or keep it raised
• Speech – slurred or unclear

📞 Call 999 immediately if you notice any sign of a stroke.
Every second counts.
