Yoga Classes at Shipley Park

Thursday 28th May | £8 per class

Choose your vibe…

✨ Yogalates in the Park | 18:00–19:00
A feel good full body session to build strength, flexibility + mobility. Slow, controlled movement with time to stretch, breathe and relax at the end. All levels welcome.

✨ Dynamic Flow in the Park | 19:15–20:15
A slightly faster paced vinyasa flow with opportunities to challenge your strength, balance + flexibility. Expect movement, breath, sunshine and of course a dreamy savasana to slow down and soak it all in 🌅

What to bring:
• Your mat or a towel
• Water to stay hydrated
• Layers in case it cools down

📍 Shipley Country Park, behind Osbourne Pond
