I’m really excited to share that I’ll now be offering Nutritional Therapy and Reflexology at Radiant Medical Aesthetics & Wellness in Heathfield.

It’s a beautiful, calm and welcoming space right on Heathfield High Street, and I’m really looking forward to welcoming both new and existing clients there.

Whether you’re looking for personalised nutritional support with your health, hormones, energy and wellbeing, or simply need some time to switch off, relax and recharge with a reflexology treatment, I’d love to see you. 🤍

I’ll mainly be at Radiant on Thursday afternoons but other ad hoc appointments are available across the week.

Meet Fiona Barnes | Transformative Touch Massage Therapist

We’re delighted to welcome Fiona Barnes to the growing team of practitioners at Radiant Medical Aesthetics & Wellness.

Fiona’s career in caring for others began in beauty therapy, qualifying with City & Guilds in 1988, where she first discovered her natural connection with massage and therapeutic touch.

She later moved into nursing and spent almost 20 years as an Intensive Care Nurse. That experience has shaped the compassionate, intuitive and highly individual approach Fiona now brings to every treatment.

Returning to massage therapy, Fiona has qualified in Transformative Touch Massage Therapy, combining her extensive experience in care with a restorative, personalised approach.

What is Transformative Touch Massage?

A deeply restorative, full-body treatment designed to help release physical tension, calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation.

Using gentle, flowing and nurturing movements from fingers to toes, Fiona’s treatments support relaxation and lymphatic drainage while helping to ease tension held within the fascia.

Each treatment is tailored to you, creating the opportunity to switch off from the demands of everyday life and leave feeling restored, rebalanced and reconnected.

Feeling incredibly blessed, grateful and excited 🤎✨

Seeing our beautiful new clinic finally come to life feels quite surreal.

There has been so much work, planning, change and a fair few stressful moments behind the scenes, but walking through the doors now and seeing what we’ve created makes it all feel worth it.

I’m so thankful to everyone who has supported Radiant over the years — our wonderful clients who continue to put their trust in us, the amazing people who have helped make this move happen, and our growing team of practitioners who are becoming part of this next chapter.

What started as a little aesthetics clinic has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of: a beautiful space for aesthetics, skin, health and wellbeing, with some truly lovely people working alongside me.

I feel very lucky to be doing something I love, surrounded by such wonderful support.
