My client had been dealing with low back and hip pain for years. Nothing was fully fixing it — until we stopped treating the pain and started treating the cause. 💡
Military background. Ex-runner. Pr*****ed disc. Constant cramping, weak core, posture slowly collapsing. She’d tried a lot.
We made real progress together — hands-on work, targeted exercises, home plan — but something was still missing.
Today we found it.
A simple hip flexor strength test showed both legs were weak. I rotated her neck gently to the right… and the strength came straight back.
That one moment told me everything.
Her neck and upper back had been quietly switching off her deep core and hip stabilisers the whole time. So that’s exactly what we treated:
→ Tight right neck & upper thoracics
→ Thoracic mobility work
→ Diaphragm release
Each step, her strength improved further. By the end she felt noticeably different — lighter, freer, less guarded.
She’s now 75% better. No more cramping. Walking longer routes with confidence.
