Hey everyone. Our Summer meditation sessions start next Tuesday in Southwater.

Each session will be fully guided with a teacher with over a decade of experience in healing, mindfulness and meditation. These are suitable for beginners or more experienced meditators as everyone can work at their own level.

Cost Β£10 pp per session

I know starting something new like this can be intimidating so lease feel free to message me or email [email protected] for info on how to book or for more information on the sessions and I'll be more than happy to chat with you.

Summer meditation sessions start next Tuesday 2nd June and will run until 7th July inclusive. We will focus on the mind/body connection, healing and balancing the energy centres and letting go of negative emotions stored in the body through guided centre-line energywork.

But did you know that a great night's sleep starts first thing in the morning? 🌞

Getting natural light in your eyes resets your circadian rhythm and keeping light levels low in the evening and wearing blue light blocking glasses helps to signal to your brain and body that it's time for rest.πŸŒ™πŸ’€πŸŒ›

So this morning I took my own advice and headed to for some morning light.β˜€οΈ

Maybe getting back to light and nature, holds the key to health and wellbeing, what do you think? 🌳

Not everyone's idea of bedtime reading, but if you're interested in a but of ancient mysticism The Kybalion might be for you.

Published in 1908 by the anonymous authors known as Three Initiates, the book distills the teachings of Hermetic philosophy, traditionally attributed to Hermes Trismegistus.

At its core, it outlines seven principles that describe how reality operates:

β€’ Mentalism – Everything begins in the mind.
β€’ Correspondence – Patterns repeat across levels (β€œas above, so below”).
β€’ Vibration – Nothing is static; everything moves.
β€’ Polarity – Opposites are two extremes of the same thing.
β€’ Rhythm – Life operates in cycles and seasons.
β€’ Cause and Effect – Every action produces a result.
β€’ Gender – Creative forces exist in complementary forms.

Whether you view it as philosophy, spirituality, or mindset training, it's still a pretty cool read!

Join us for a nourishing 2-hour reconnection with nature, in support of Safe in Sussex a charity providing vital help and support for women affected by domestic abuse.

As spring awakens, give yourself the time and space to nurture your mind, body, and soul. Set your intention, slow down, and enjoy some seasonal self-care surrounded by trees, plants, and peaceful woodland energy 🌱

This special event is delivered in collaboration with Get Mindful and No 1 Health Coach who will gently guide you toward inner wisdom using the restorative power of nature.
